    We ship worldwide. All orders are processed and dispatched from our fulfilment centres. Please read the following information carefully before placing your order.

    Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

    During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.

    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method selected. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time; any applicable conditions will be displayed on the Site.

    5. Order Tracking

    Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active on the carrier's website.

    6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

    International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. NB INDUSTRY LIMITED has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

    7. Delivery Issues

    If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please:

    • Verify your shipping address was entered correctly
    • Check with neighbours or your local post office for uncollected parcels

    NB INDUSTRY LIMITED is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, postal strikes, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

    8. Lost or Damaged Parcels

    If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents immediately and contact us at contact@velysfit.shop within 48 hours of receipt. We will assess the situation and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

    If your parcel is declared lost by the carrier, please contact us and we will initiate an investigation. Resolution times vary by carrier.

    9. Incorrect Address

    Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. NB INDUSTRY LIMITED is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at contact@velysfit.shop. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but this cannot be guaranteed.
