Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please read our return and refund policy below.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. After this period, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
The following items are non-returnable:
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Items without their original tags or packaging
- Final sale or promotional items (clearly marked at purchase)
- Gift cards
3. How to Initiate a Return
Contact our customer service team at contact@velysfit.shop with your order number and the reason for your return.
Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and the return shipping address.
Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
4. Refunds
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item shipped).
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@velysfit.shop with photos of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us at contact@velysfit.shop. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at contact@velysfit.shop. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled; the standard return process applies.
